The piece of code that decides which process a given process needs to communicate with only factors in overlaps of the local xSrc range with the remote xSrc range (+ dsrmax) but does not factor in the overlap of the xSrc range with the remote xRcv range (+ dsrmax) and may exclude a few good traces from the criteria.
