Use DistributedObjectStore (CopyTool enabled version) by default

Switch to use the DistributedObjectStore (renamed from MultibackendObjectStore) as the default one for Hestia APIs - the regular HsmObjectStore/Service keep our main 'business logic' but don't need to worry about the details of handling remotes.
