Add phobos E2E tests, fix phobos DB and streams

Adds phobos integration to our e2e tests. Fixes issues with phobos (all methods currently implemented functional) Fixes issues with the sample apps Creates a job which allows us to schedule a nightly build of hestia with motr and phobos plugins, and test the phobos plugin.
Adds a job which if enabled will create a MR to master if nightly build passes. Adds a manual job which will only run on master, which currently publishes the hestia RPM to package repo but in future will also tag a release of Hestia.
