Increase MR accept wait

Caelen Feller requested to merge fix-nightly-merge into devel

The nightly MR issue seems to stem from the request not being fully processed at time of the request to accept it. Increasing the wait time to a minute should be a quick fix to this.

If this does not fix it, it should instead be done as a loop which checks the return status of the request and repeats it.
