Big changes to parameter_sweep, added start of a test script.

Big changes to parameter_sweep, much cleaner now. Now behaves as outlined in #1 (closed) .

Also added test script intended to work with `parameter_sweep.py` and the example config in test/data/. Not incorporated yet.
