Added simulation seeding, results into json output, updated postprocess

Bit of a big commit:

  • Updated icflow dependency
  • Included simulation seeding
  • Circuit seed and results are put in the quantum.json output
  • Updated plotting allowing configs for task subsets (see icflow ParameterSweepReporter)
